According to YouTube, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, conducted a poll on his Twitter account to see what people think about Dogecoin (DOGE).

Musk has asked his followers to choose the future currency of the planet. His poll has two options:

1- Dogecoin up to the month
2- The rest of the digital currencies together

As of this writing, the majority of respondents (70.5%) have chosen Dodge Quinn and 29.5% have voted for the second option.

The last time Musk released a series of tweets about Dogecoin was last Thursday, when he described it as the people’s digital currency. After that, Dogecoin rose 50% to $ 0.059.

But the effect of this pump was not very lasting, and this digital currency soon declined. At the time of writing, the Dodge Quinn is priced at $ 0.049.

On January 29, a day after GameStop shares and its ban on trading on the Robinhood platform and several other platforms, he posted the Bitcoin hashtag musk on his Twitter account.

He then admitted in a podcast that Bitcoin is good, that he has become a fan of this digital currency. These led to the growth of bitcoin by about 20%, from $ 32,000 to about $ 38,500.

This time, as in the case of Dogecoin, the “musk effect” did not last long, and bitcoin returned to the $ 35,000 range.

However, on Thursday, February 4, when Tesla CEO started tweeting about his favorite currency [Dogecoin], he removed the bitcoin hashtag from his Twitter bio.

Bitcoin is currently trading in the $ 40,000 range and with a market value of $ 747 billion, it has a 60% share of the digital currency market.
